Meet the Owner
Hi! I’m Haylie.
I’m the owner and lead speech therapist at Therapy Outline. My background in Washington public schools has given me a deep understanding of what students, educators, and therapists need to be successful. Through Therapy Outline, I partner with schools to provide high-quality therapy services while collaborating closely with teachers and families.
As a practicing therapist myself, I believe the best way to advocate for students is to advocate for the professionals who support them each day. I am committed to creating supportive, sustainable working conditions because I know that students are served successfully when therapists are supported!
My leadership training and involvement with UCLA’s Women’s Leadership Committee guide how I lead and collaborate with school teams. My colleagues and I are actively involved in the schools we serve, attending district and professional development meetings, building trust with staff, and creating welcoming spaces for connection and resources. We lead with data, cultural insight, and a shared commitment to doing what is in the best interest of every student.
